  • We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. If your item arrives in poor condition or has an error, please reach out within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as incorrect ordering, sizing issues, or change of mind. Please double-check all details before placing your order.


2. Reporting an Issue

    • A photo of the item showing the issue
  • Once we review the details, we’ll provide instructions for a replacement or refund as appropriate.


3. Condition of Returned Items

  • For items approved for return, original packaging is not required. However, items should be returned in secure packaging to prevent further damage during shipping.


4. Refunds and Replacements

  • If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
